“民生”问题一直是人们关注的焦点,尤其是“以人为本”的理念的进一步深入,民生问题成为新时期社会关注的热点问题。民生工作是服务社会、服务百姓的一项重要工作,解决民生问题离不开档案。本文通过对新形势下做好民生档案工作的重要性和紧迫性,以及目前民生档案工作现状的认识,进一步探索新形势下民生档案管理的新途径,从而推动民生档案工作向广度和深度发展。
