干部学历真实性的确认与审核非常重要,鉴于学历在干部人事档案管理中的重要地位,笔者将从学历失真的表现、造成失真的原因着手,提出加强干部人事档案学历真实性的对策。
In view of the important position of academic qualifications in the cadre personnel file management, the author will start from the manifestation of the educational distortion and the causes of the distortion, and put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the authenticity of cadres’ personnel records.
