本文对1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢渗硼特点进行了分析,并从研究渗层的成分、相结构、应力分布和性能着手,找出了致使不锈钢表面渗层脆性剥落的原因与影响因素;试验了使渗层表面获得单相硼化物层的方法。结果表明:在进行奥氏体不锈钢渗硼时,采用低活性的盐浴渗剂配方、渗后增加扩散处理和适宜的冷却,对解决渗层脆性剥落和提高渗层质量起着重要的作用。本工作为不锈钢构件的渗硼生产提供了实用技术,发展了渗硼工艺的应用范围。
In this paper, the characteristics of boronizing of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel were analyzed, and from the study of composition, phase structure, stress distribution and properties of the infiltrated layer, the causes and influencing factors of the brittle flaking of the stainless steel surface were found out. A method for obtaining a single-phase boride layer on the surface of a layer. The results show that when infiltrated with austenitic stainless steel, the salt bath infiltration formulation with low activity can increase the diffusion treatment and appropriate cooling after infiltration, which plays an important role in solving brittle flaking of the infiltrated layer and improving the quality of the infiltrated layer. This work provides a practical technique for boronizing stainless steel components and has developed a range of application of boronizing process.
