高速烧嘴是一种大功率燃气装置,能产生强大高温气流。高速烧嘴的基本原理是,燃料在燃烧室或燃烧坑道前半部基本实现完全燃烧。由于燃烧室是密封的并保持足够高的压力,使高温的燃烧气体以高速度(100~300m/s)由烧嘴口喷出。因燃烧的气流喷出速度高,从而强化了对流传导,保证了炉温的均匀性,能实现快速加热并减少工件的氧化脱碳,提高工业炉的生产率。
High-speed burner is a high-power gas appliances, can produce a strong high-temperature airflow. The basic principle of a high-speed burner is that the fuel basically burns completely in the combustion chamber or the first half of the combustion tunnel.
