班主任是班级中重要角色,每个班级都需要班主任来对各项事务进行总的安排,以及对细节进行周密的布置,总而言之,班主任是一个班级的领导者。但是班主任的工作难度其实是非常大的,当班主任不难,当好班主任却需要老师多花心思、多下功夫,和班上的同学密切合作,共同营造一个良好的班集体。班主任工作要讲究工作艺术,讲究班级管理方法和策略,在日常工作中倾注爱心与热情,用自己的努力去感染自己的学生。
