本文对员工股份所有制的人性理论基础进行了探讨,从理论上证明了员工股份所有制与“利益人”的人性理论及U理论广泛的内在联系。从“利益人”的人性理论及U理论阐述了员工股份所有制具有先进性、高效性,能使企业适应21世纪科学技术不断发展,知识经济程度越来越高的发展大趋势,是我国的企业,尤其是中、小型科技企业在21世纪应重点考虑的产权制度安排。
This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the human nature of the employee share ownership system, and theoretically proves that the employee ownership system and the “interested person” human theory and U theories are intrinsically linked. From the human theory of “interested person” and U theory, it is expounded that the ownership ownership system of employees is advanced and efficient, and that enterprises can adapt to the continuous development of science and technology in the 21st century and the general trend of knowledge economy is growing. It is a company in China. In particular, small and medium-sized technology companies should consider the arrangement of property rights in the 21st century.
