同步齿圈是微型汽车变速系统的关键零件,每辆汽车上有高速和低速同步齿圈各两个。由于该零件几何形状极为复杂,加工精度要求很高,所以近些年来国内外对同步齿圈的加工成形工艺做了大量的试验研究。日本采用螺旋压力机精锻成形,国内有些单位研究在摩擦压力机和精压机上精锻成形,我们是在液压机上精密成形,尺寸精度控制在±0.06mm之内。同步齿圈的几何形状非常复杂(图1),技术要求很高,例如在齿尖部位除了渐开线齿
Synchronous ring gear is a key component of a miniature vehicle transmission system, each with two high-speed and low-speed synchronized gear rings. Due to the extremely complicated geometric shape of the part and the high processing precision, a great deal of experimental research has been done on the forming process of the synchronous ring gear at home and abroad in recent years.
