“自主、探究”的合作学习,益处很多。它非常有利于教师根据学情因材施教,因为学生在小组、同桌之间研讨交流,能促进思维和智慧的碰撞,生成新的观点,更好地完成教学任务。而合作是否高效,需要教师有效地指导与评价。低年级的合作,主要以同桌为伴,开展学习活动;中高年级,以四人小组合作,组间交流为主。随着合作学习的逐步推进,如何巧妙引导学生合作,扎实开展组织评价,都需要老师加以研究,从而实现合作学习效益最大化。
“Autonomous, inquiry ” cooperative learning, a lot of benefits. It is very conducive to teachers according to their aptitude, because students in groups, at the same table to discuss and exchange, can promote the collision of thinking and wisdom, generate new perspectives, to better complete the teaching task. Whether cooperation is efficient or not needs teachers to guide and evaluate them effectively. With the gradual advancement of cooperative learning, it is necessary for teachers to study how to skillfully guide student cooperation and carry out organization evaluation in a solid manner so as to maximize the benefits of cooperative learning.
