村民委员会直选是我国加快民主步伐的体现。很多村由于选对人,找对了发展路子,经济得到了飞跃。所以说村民委员会选举是一种划时代的进步。但是我们也应清醒看到,由于相应的有关法律法规还未能十分完善,村民委员会换届领导组织机构在实践操作中碰到难题,一些别有用心的人钻了法律的空挡,结果是部分的“庸人”、“惰人”
