校本课程开发与教师专业化发展是相辅相成的两个方面。校本课程开发为教师专业化发展搭建了实践平台,培养了教师的课程意识,拓展了教师的专业知识,提高了教师的专业技能,促使教师进行专业反思;教师的专业化发展又为校本课程的开发提供了保障。依托校本课程开发,促进教师的专业化发展是深化教育改革的必然趋势。
