由江苏光明丝绸集困有限公司研制开发的涤纶FDY细旦有色长丝,最近通过了江苏省纺织厅组织的技术鉴定。涤纶FDY细旦有色长丝能制作各种花色的长丝织物和仿麻识物,适应了当前服装市场的需求,生产经济效益良好。该项目的技术指标为:年产56dtex/36f细旦育色长丝1200吨,一等品率98%,切片消耗1.05。为开发该项目,该公司与无锡纺机研究所合作,解决了生产中的关键设备母粒注射
Polyester FDY Fine Denier Colored Filament developed by Jiangsu Guangming Silk Set Co., Ltd. has recently passed the technical appraisal organized by Jiangsu Textile Bureau. Polyester FDY fine denier colored filaments can produce various colors of filament fabrics and imitation linen objects, adapting to the needs of the current apparel market, producing a good economic benefit. The technical indicators of the project are: annual output of 1200 tons of 56dtex/36f fine denier coloring filaments, 98% of the first grade product, and slice consumption of 1.05. In order to develop this project, the company cooperated with Wuxi Textile Machinery Research Institute to solve the key equipment masterbatch injection in production.
