作风建设是一项长期的战略任务,不可能一劳永逸,必须用好的机制营造好的环境,用好的规矩打造好的作风。中央出台关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众的八项规定以来,石楼县纪委认真学习贯彻中央精神并结合实际制定出台了具体要求,这是坚决贯彻落实中央八项规定、是促进作风转变的必然要求,也是对人民群众的庄严承诺。我个人认为,要打好作风建设这场攻坚战、持久战,塑造干部队伍新面貌,必须先解放思想,以改革创新为动力,建立机制,激发活力,奋力开创作风建设的新局面。
