齿轮是汽车运动中的核心传动部件,尤其以变速器中应用居多,其加工质量的优劣对汽车总成乃至整车的振动噪声以及可靠性等会带来直接影响,有时会成为制约产品水平提高的关键因素。并且,齿轮产品也直接制约了中国自动变速器产业的发展,其后果就是:外资品牌的自动变速器几乎垄断了乘用车市场。齿轮加工过程中的微小变形及工艺稳定性控制相对复杂。这其中既有设计因素,又有制造的问题。本期策划重点关注变速器齿轮在研发设计和制造中的问题,希望能给行业一些启发。
