1936年下半年至1937年10月,中共山东省委就设在济南市南关曹家巷11号武中奇家。在国民党特务盯梢,叛徒出卖带领抓人的白色恐怖下,武家一回又一回冒着生命危险,掩护了中共山东省委的安全;在斗争环境十分险恶的艰苦岁月里,武家一次又一次地完成党交给的任务。省委书记黎玉搬进武家1982年12月25日,黎玉在中国军事博物馆大厅里观看武中奇书法展览时,看着那一幅幅苍劲有力、挥洒自如的墨宝,是那样的亲切,那样的熟悉,真是字如其人。回家后他的心情难以平静,回想起46年前与武家结下的深情厚谊,思绪万千,便欣然命笔赋诗一首:
