基于逻辑分析方法,建立科学信息标志体制模型(SIISM)。根据科学数据变构路径,提出科学信息发布平台(SIRP)组成结构。基于科学信息本体结构(OSSI),以科学信息标志平台(SIIP)为载体,在科学优先权结构起点效应(SSPESP)驱动下,构建由科学优先权财富数据标志体制(SPFDIS)和科学优先权信息数据标志体制(SPIDIS)共同组成的科学优先权标志体制(SPIS)。基于SPIDIS形式分类、物理实现形式和物理工具平台分类,建立作为物理工具平台的科学出版诠释模型。认为科学信息标志行为(SIIB)是指SIIB服务群体对于科学信息的提取、验证、形式化、发布和传递等操作行为。基于科学信息标志行为空间(SSIIB)诠释SIIB行为规则。提出SIIB的9个行为步骤,建立由科学信息标志载体结构(SIICS)、科学信息标志作业模式(SIITM)、科学信息标志平台(SIIP)、科学信息标志作业平台(SIITP)共同组成的SIISM。
Based on the logic analysis method, a scientific information markup system model (SIISM) is established. According to the disorganization path of scientific data, the paper proposes the composition of SIRP. Based on the scientific information ontology architecture (OSSI) and the Science Information Signage Platform (SIIP) as a carrier, driven by the SSPESP, a science-based priority data structure (SPFDIS) and scientific priority information Data Marking System (SPIDIS) common scientific priority mark system (SPIS).
