德国基本法无疑是世界宪法史上一颗璀璨的明珠,默勒斯教授所写的《德国基本法:历史与内容》一书对德国基本法进行了介绍,让普罗大众可以对德国基本法有所了解。本文就默勒斯教授在书中写到的文本与规范双重视角下的基本法进行了分析,以此来找寻自己的理想方案。
The German Basic Law is undoubtedly a bright pearl in the history of the world constitution. The book “German Basic Law: History and Contents” written by Professor Merles introduces the German Basic Law so that the general public can understand the German Basic Law. This article analyzes the basic law from the perspective of both the text and the norms written by Professor Murray in his book, in order to find his ideal plan.
