高等职业教育不同于一般的高等教育,它主要致力于培养实用型技术人才,但同样要求学生具备一定的理论知识,即要求学生集实践能力与理论知识于一身,是发展后的职业教育。因此,高职院校要与一般的高等院校区分开,在学校的教学教育方面要有其特殊性,在校园文化的建设方面必须具备自己的特色。但对于如何建设有自己特色的高职院校文化目前并没有明确的结论,因此本文就这个问题展开了探讨。
Higher vocational education is different from general higher education. It is mainly devoted to training practical technical talents. However, it also requires students to have certain theoretical knowledge, that is, to require students to combine practical skills and theoretical knowledge into post-development vocational education. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should be separated from the general institutions of higher learning, have their particularity in the teaching and education of the schools, and must have their own characteristics in the construction of the campus culture. However, there is no clear conclusion on how to build a culture of higher vocational colleges with its own characteristics. Therefore, this article discusses this issue.
