作为一名班主任,一定要重视和加强对学生思想品德教育的管理工作。近年来,面对改革新形势、新格局,我不断地研究新问题,探索新路子,积累新经验,逐步形成了自身的特色。概括而言就是“四性”。一、着眼宏观管理,加强计划性为了从根本上改变过去德育工作中“头痛医头、脚痛医脚”的被动局面,我注重德育管理,强化《中学生守则》和《中学生日常行为规范》的实施,分阶段确定教育重点和要求,安排好晨会内容和主题班会,做到每周有中心,每日有变化。这样,既加强了教育内容的纵向联系,又使教育渠道得到了横向沟通,从而取得了较好的整体效果。二、联系学生实际,具有针对性
