乳头状瘸发生于悬雍垂者较为少见,现报道一例如下。患者杨某,男,16岁,学生。二年前感觉咽部发痒,有异物感,有时疼痛。两周前开始吃馒头即感梗阻,吃饭无此症状,于1978年5月在五官科就诊转入外科。患者有嗜烟爱好,3、4岁时即开始吸烟,12岁嗜烟成瘾,一天20支以上。检查:咽部,软腭及悬雍垂均轻度充血水肿,悬雍垂游离端有一菜花样肿物1.2×0.7×0.5厘米,形状不规则,有蒂(见附图)。肿物为乳白色,触之无出血及疼痛,质地稍硬。悬
The occurrence of papillary warts in the uvula is relatively rare. One case is reported as follows. The patient was Yang, male, 16 years old, student. Two years ago it felt itchy throat, foreign body sensation, and sometimes pain. Two weeks ago, she started to eat steamed buns and felt obstruction. She had no symptoms of eating. She was transferred to surgery at the ENT clinic in May 1978. Patients have a tobacco-loving hobby. They start smoking when they are 3 or 4 years old and are addicted to smoking at 12 years old. They have more than 20 cigarettes a day. Examination: The pharynx, soft palate, and uvula were all mildly congested and edematous. There was a cauliflower-like mass of 1.2 × 0.7 × 0.5 cm at the free end of the uvula. The shape was irregular and there were pedicles (see photo). The tumor was milky white, and it had no bleeding or pain. The texture was slightly harder. Hung
