喜树碱是近年发现的作用较强的一种植物抗癌药。动物筛选表明对多种移植瘤有抑制作用,临床上用于治疗胃癌、肝癌等消化道癌瘤及白血病等,均获致较为满意的近期疗效,表现为瘤块缩小,症状缓解。但有关喜树碱治疗后的肿癌组织变化及间质反应问题则未见报导,其作用机制亦尚未阐明。遵照伟大领袖毛主席“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘,加以提高”的教导,本文目的在于运用实验肿瘤学的方法,
Camptothecin is a plant anticancer drug that has been found to have a strong role in recent years. Animal screening has shown that it has inhibitory effects on various types of xenografts. Clinically, it is used to treat gastric cancer, liver cancer, and other digestive tract cancers and leukemias. All of them have achieved satisfactory short-term curative effects, showing shrinkage of tumors and remission of symptoms. However, there have been no reports on the changes in tumor tissue and interstitial reactions after the treatment of camptothecin, and the mechanism of action has not yet been elucidated. In accordance with the guidance of the great leader, Chairman Mao, “Chinese medicine is a great treasure house and should be diligently explored and improved”, the purpose of this paper is to use experimental oncology methods.
