随着医院的生存和发展环境的变化,医院需要进行调整适应环境,进行现代医院文化建设,必将是一个战略大举措。在构建医院文化的过程中,医护人员的道德建设也是至关重要的,医护人员的道德建设是医院文化建设的先导和医院文化发展的关键。本文首先介绍了医院文化的内容,探讨了医院文化建设的重要意义,最后论述了要加强道德教育以形成良好的医院文化氛围,并抓住机遇共创医院文化与医护道德建设。
