今年以来,新疆棉纺企业的经营状况与全国一样,遇到了前所未有的困难。在国内外经济形势及市场环境诸多不利因素的影响下,特别是国内外棉花价差的不断扩大,致使新疆棉纺行业生产、出口、内销、投资、经济效益等主要运行指标均呈下滑趋势。据新疆自治区统计局数据显示,1~9月全疆纺织工业规模以上企业完成工业总产值150.63亿元,比上年同期减少29.51亿元,同比下降16.26%;完成工业增加值27.39亿元,同比增长6.1%;规模以上企业主营业务收入146.7亿元,同比下降17.1%;
