胃恶性淋巴瘤易误诊为胃癌或溃疡病,其诊断主要依靠手术后切取标本的病理组织学检查,本文强调该病预后较胃癌好,应积极争取手术切除.
Gastric lymphoma is often misdiagnosed as gastric cancer or ulcer disease. Its diagnosis mainly depends on the histopathological examination of the specimen after surgical removal. This article emphasizes that the prognosis of the disease is better than that of gastric cancer, and aggressive surgical resection should be actively pursued.
