要配制汽车和拖拉机的齿轮,首先要根据实样测绘图纸,找寻技术资料。但由于技术资料缺少,尤其是美式汽车的资料,可以说没有;因此要定出主要规范,除照实样测量外,别无他法。对于正齿轮及螺旋齿轮,笔者曾研究试制了一种测齿卡尺,可以测量正齿轮及螺旋齿轮的压力角及模数等,并已在本刊7卷(1956年)12期介绍。
To formulate gears for cars and tractors, first of all, according to the actual mapping drawings to find technical information. However, since there is a lack of technical information, especially information on American cars, we can say no. Therefore, to set the major norms, we should have no alternative but to take the actual measurements. For spur gears and helical gears, the author has tried to develop a test tooth caliper that can measure the pressure angle and modulus of spur gears and helical gears and has been introduced in Issue 7 (1956).
