本文根据我国目前钻井装备和工艺水平的实际情况,论证了在约束条件下优选参数钻井不会带来显著的经济效益。认为这项工作不应成为当前钻井工艺的主攻方向,并建议:(1)参数优选的理论、试验方法和数据处理等,可由科研单位和高等院校作技术准备,不宜大家一齐上;(2)在工艺上应主攻大钻压、高转速下的防斜打直技术及装备配套问题;(3)放宽最大井斜角限制,代之以“井眼曲率”、“井底位移”作井身质量标准;(4)加快大钻压、高转速钻头和可控硅钻机的研制步伐。
According to the current drilling equipment and technology level in our country, this paper proves that under the constraint conditions, the optimal parameter drilling will not bring significant economic benefits.
