我厂于1971年建成的半地下式钢筋混泥土原油罐、常压塔底重油罐、柴油及润滑油罐使用至今已有裂渗,必须拆除。由于上述油罐距汽油等轻质油罐只有五米左右,若拆除方法不当即有燃烧及爆炸的危险。我厂采用纯用压缩空气风镐为主的拆除油罐法,在采取安全措施下,其拆除费用每立方构筑物仅为48.1元,用此法并加场地清理费一共才需2万元。
