目的研究短指软珊瑚Sinularia acuta的化学成分。方法利用薄层色谱、硅胶色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、ODS中低压色谱、半制备HPLC等方法对化学成分进行了分离纯化;通过NMR、MS等方法,并结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果从短指软珊瑚的甲醇提取物中,分离鉴定了13个单体化合物:麦角甾-5,22,24(28)-三烯-3β-醇(1)、麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(2)、胆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(3)、(22E)-胆甾-5,22(23)-二烯-3β-醇(4)、(22E)-3β-羟基胆甾-5,22(23)-二烯-7-酮(5)、3β-羟基麦角甾-5,24(28)-二烯-7-酮(6)、(22E)-3β-羟基麦角甾-5,22(23)-二烯-7-酮(7)、3β-羟基麦角甾-5-烯-7-酮(8)、3β-羟基胆甾-5-烯-7-酮(9)、尿嘧啶(10)、胸腺嘧啶(11)、脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(12)、脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(13)。结论化合物(1~13)均为首次从该种软珊瑚中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Sinularia acuta. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by thin-layer chromatography, silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography, ODS low pressure chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The chemical constituents were identified by NMR, MS and other methods. structure. Results Thirteen monomer compounds were isolated and identified from the methanolic extracts of short-soft corals: ergosta-5,22,24 (28) -trien-3β-ol (1), ergostat-5,24 (3), (22E) -cholesta-5,22 (23) -dien-3β-ol (4) Hydroxyquinoline-5,24 (28) -dien-7-one (6), 3β-hydroxycholesta-5,22 (23) (22E) -3β-hydroxy ergosta-5,22 (23) -dien-7-one (7), 3β-hydroxy ergost-5-en- -5-en-7-one (9), uracil (10), thymine (11), deoxythymidine (12), deoxyadenosine (13). Conclusion The compounds (1 ~ 13) were isolated from the soft corals for the first time.
