现在社会上流行的减肥方法确实很多,有些方法某些人采用后效果也很好。这里介绍几种,仅供减肥者参考。碳水化合物和蛋白质食品错开法将碳水化合物食品(米饭、馒头、土豆等)和蛋白质食品(瘦肉、蛋、鱼、乳等)错开吃,就能防胖和减肥。具体做法,在一餐中不吃蛋白质食品,只吃碳水化合物食品和蔬菜、水果;在另一餐中不吃碳水化合物食品,只吃富含蛋白质食品和蔬菜。这种方法之所以能防胖减肥,主要是可限制蛋白质转化为脂肪贮藏
