样品经王水分解,在0.5％HNO_3介质中,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定镉。本法测定镉的绝对灵敏度为:4.5×10~(-12)克。

The samples were decomposed by aqua regia and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in 0.5% HNO3 medium. The absolute sensitivity of this method for the determination of cadmium: 4.5 × 10 ~ (-12) grams.
