武术运动是一个内外兼修的体育项目,心神意气的训练是指对运动员内在心志的训练。通过训练达到与外形技术的高度协调,谓之“内外合一,形神兼备”,才会有高水平、高质量的运动表现。 心神意气的训练概括地说,是要求运动员心力要坚强,精神要饱满,意识要集中,气势要贯通。 心力要坚强是对运动员在演练中的总的心态要求。要自信弥坚,犹如“天行健,君子以自强不息,”是内与外的根基,否则将形无劲健,神采不扬,动无韵味,意不明畅。要把自己假设在一个战斗的场合,一招一势要有坚韧不拔的气慨,从起势到收势,始终要有勇往直前的斗志。
