2013年7月1日上午,北京市深圳大厦。第二届中国公益慈善项目交流展示会新闻通报会,通报并介绍了第二届慈展会有关情况。组委会副主任、民政部副部长窦玉沛,组委会副主任、深圳市副市长张文出席新闻通报会。会上,窦玉沛从宏观上概括出第二届慈展会的“五个创新,五个更好”。一是创新展会主题,实现理念更好。党的十八大提出的“美丽中国”这一概念,不仅寓意要使中国的环境、生活更美丽,也要让中国人的心灵更美丽。在继续坚持慈展会“发展、融合、透明”核心理念的基础上,本届展览会提出“慈善,让中国更美丽”
