我国当前实行平等团结的民族政策,鼓励各少数民族大力发展经济,加强文明建设,各少数民族人们在这种自由平等的时代氛围中稳步发展。尤其在教育方面,建国以来国家大力发展少数民族文化教育事业,但在发展过程中不可忽略的是,与传统文化生活相异的学校教育对少数民族学生所带来的文化冲击和心理重塑。对于少数民族教育事业工作者而言,及时意识到学生在心理方面的微妙变化,并针对这种变化制定相对应的教学策略,有助于更好地开展教育工作,促进少数民族学生德智体全面发展。
