Objective To investigate the relapse, efficacy, outcome and influencing factors of pulmonary IFD after allo-HSCT in patients with history of pulmonary IFD. Methods From March 2005 to December 2006, 14 patients with hematologic malignancies with pulmonary IFD undergoing Southern Hematology in Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University received hematological malignancies after allo-HSCT.
