目前,在楔横轧技术中,连续精密楔横轧为先进的轧制方式。我厂先后安装的H630和H300两套楔横轧机组,就是采用这种轧制方式,加工球头销和同步器锁销毛坯。所谓连续精密楔横轧,可以把它看成是连续楔横轧和精密楔横轧的组合。在生产中,根据实际情况和需要,可以采用单机单件粗轧或精轧,也可采用楔横轧机组,进行连续粗轧和精轧。一般说来,连续楔横轧多指轧制方式,而精密楔横轧多指孔型精度高,能轧出高精度毛坯。
