患儿 男,8岁。第1胎,足月顺产。生后发现背部包块,破溃流水,继截瘫8年入院。生后发现背中央有一黄豆大包块,柔软、不久破溃,流出清水,自行愈合。以后包块处反复破溃,短则20天,长则1个月自愈。生后双下肢活动正常,渐出现双下肢不全瘫,4个月后双下肢全瘫,包块处未再破溃。同期坐起时发现脊柱侧弯,进行性加重,伴大便干燥,小便难控制。
Children male, 8 years old. The first child, full-term birth. Health found back mass, ruptured water, paraplegia admitted after 8 years.
