应用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)法对49只大白鼠杏仁皮质核的传入性联系及杏仁体内各亚核间的相互联系作了追踪观察。当HRP注入杏仁皮质核时发现标记神经元主要散布于:嗅球的僧帽细胞层、嗅径的嗅前核、嗅结节、斜角带核,对侧杏仁皮质核、梨状区、扣带回前部及邻近的额叶皮质;在间脑则位于室旁核、带旁核以及内、外侧膝状体;在下丘脑的视前核、下丘脑腹内侧核、下丘脑外侧区可见到标记细胞;在脑干内的标记神经元多限于中脑为黑质密带、腹侧被盖区、中缝背核和脚间核。上述标记部位的特点表现为对侧的杏仁皮质核,而额叶、扣带回前区、丘脑联合核,带旁核见可于双侧,但以本侧为主,其余均为同侧。
