把蛋白吸附到红细胞上做为试剂用于被动血凝试验曾报导过很多方法。基本上有两种途径: 1.用醛类,磺基水扬酸或柔酸固定红细胞,然后用吸附法或使用交联剂把蛋白吸附到细胞表面。
Many methods have been reported for adsorbing proteins onto erythrocytes as reagents for passive hemagglutination tests. There are basically two ways: 1. Fix the red blood cells with aldehydes, salicylic acid or sour acid, and then adsorb the protein to the cell surface by adsorption or using a crosslinking agent.
