本世纪头20年,是我国经济发展的重要战略机遇 期,也是我国科学技术发展的重要战略机遇期。中央领 导同志反复强调,必须更加坚定地把科技进步和创新 作为经济社会发展的首要推动力量,把提高自主创新 能力作为调整经济结构、转变增长方式、提高国家竞争 力的中心环节,把建设创新型国家作为面向未来的重 大战略。我就深入学习中央领导同志有关自主创新的 重要指示,谈一些心得体会。
