假定只有震级相同时,烈度与加速度才有对应关系。根据唐山地震的烈度数据及余震加速度数据,以及其它地区的烈度和加速度与反应谱衰减数据,求得了华北地区基岩地震动加速度和反应谱的衰减关系;并首次指出直接按烈度衰减和烈度与加速度对应关系求得的加速度衰减关系不是平均估计而是外包线估计,而且通常所用的烈度衰减方差是过份低估的,不宜用于危险性估计中不确定性修正。
