和谐已成为社会主义本质要求,这标志着中国建设和谐社会的重点已经从思想意识形态层面的论证转移到制度建设层面,开辟了中国特色社会主义新境界。作为国民经济主要支柱的国有大中型企业,是建设和谐社会的一项基础性工作。一、以人为本,建设和谐的劳动关系建设和谐的劳动关系,是建设和谐企业的重要基础。随着社会主义市场经济的确立和完善,企业用工制度发生了深刻的变化。劳动合同、集体合同等制度正是适应这一变化,为建立和谐稳定的社会主义新型劳动关系而配套制订的法律法规。我们公司工会把督促行政贯彻这两项制度作为履行基本职责的重点工作,致力推动劳动关系和谐企业的建设。
