社会主义商业职业道德是在社会主义公有制经济基础之上的一种崭新的道德,它不能自发地形成,而必须在马克思主义指导下,通过学习、教育、培养、实践建立起来。因此,商业职业道德教育要深入人脑。本文对此作一些探讨。一、深入人脑必须研究人脑道德是一种社会意识形态,职业道德是和人们的职业活动紧密联系的,具有自身职业特征的道德准则和规范。我们进行职业道德教育的对象是人,而人的行动是受人脑支配的。因此,要使商业职业道德教育深入人脑,必须研究人脑。近几年,商业职工的脑子里有了哪些观念变化呢?
Socialist commercial professional ethics is a brand-new morality based on the socialist public-owned economy. It can not be spontaneously formed but must be established through learning, education, cultivation and practice under the guidance of Marxism. Therefore, the education of business ethics should go deep into the human brain. This article makes some discussions. First, in-depth human brain must study human morality is a social ideology, professional ethics and people’s professional activities are closely linked with their own professional ethics and norms.
