体育教学是学校体育的基本形式与中心环节,学校体育的任务主要靠体育教学来完成,学校体育的目标主要靠体育教学来实现。目前,有一些教师存在着重视体育教育改革而忽视体育教学的倾向。常规教育教学是体育教学改革的基础,如果常规体育教学抓不好,体育教学改革只是一句空话。为了使我市体育教学常规管理达到科学化、规范化、制度化,创造出适合边远地区体育教学改革的一条新路,我们于1995年4月至1999年9月,在我市分别调查城镇、农村中小学58所,听课达286节。在调查中,我们依据国家新修订《体育教学大纲》、《吉林省中小学教学常规》、《综合体育教学评估标准》等文件资料,采取了现场检查各种体育教学管理材料,听体育课及体育工作汇报,召开座谈会等形式效果比较显著。现将常规体育教学中出现的失误及处理归纳如下:
Physical education is the basic form and the central link of school physical education. The task of school physical education is mainly accomplished by physical education. The goal of school physical education is mainly achieved by physical education. At present, some teachers have a tendency to attach importance to physical education reform and neglect physical education. The conventional education and teaching are the basis of the physical education reform. If the regular physical education is not well taught, the physical education reform is just an empty phrase. In order to make the general management of physical education in our city scientific, standardized and institutionalized and create a new road suitable for the reform of physical education in remote areas, we investigated the urban and rural areas in our city from April 1995 to September 1999. There are 58 primary and secondary schools and 286 sessions of listening. In the survey, we adopted on-site inspections of various sports teaching management materials, listening to physical education courses, and in accordance with the newly revised National Physical Education Syllabus, Jilin Provincial Teaching Practice for Primary and Secondary Schools, and Comprehensive Physical Education Teaching Evaluation Standards. Reports on sports work, symposiums and other forms of conferences have achieved significant results. The mistakes and treatment that occur in regular physical education are summarized as follows:
