红细胞生成素(EPO)是由肾脏产生的糖蛋白激素,参与调节红细胞生成,缺氧状态可刺激其产生。肾移植时,肾脏从供者取出后处于缺氧状态,随着肾移植的成功,肾性贫血在3~4月内逐渐得到纠正、血清EPO增加,本研究旨在探讨移植过程对肾移植早期血清EPO水平的影响。材料和方法:本研究包括16例病人:男13例,女3例,年龄27~74岁,肾衰原因:慢性肾小球肾
