近年来,江泽民同志一再号召全党要讲正气,最近在十五大的报告中又再一次强调:“在全党造成认真学习的风气,民主讨论的风气,积极探索的风气,求真务实的风气.”这是高举邓小平理论的伟大旗帜,把党的建设提高到新水平的历史任务,是加强和改善党的领导,更好地完成新时期历史使命的重要措施,意义重大.全党同志,尤其是党的各级领导干部必须认真学习,深刻领会,身体力行,为形成党的良好风气而努力.

He recently emphasized once again in his report to the 15th National Congress that “it is necessary for the entire party to create a culture of earnest study, a discussion of democracy, a spirit of active exploration, a realistic and pragmatic Atmosphere. ”This is an important measure to hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and raise the Party’s building to a new level, and is an important measure to strengthen and improve the party’s leadership and better accomplish the historical mission of the new period with great significance. In particular, the leading cadres at all levels in the party must make earnest efforts in studying, profoundly understanding, and practicing in order to form a good atmosphere for the party.
