《数学课程标准》积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,强调学生是学习活动的主体。课堂上开展自主学习活动,教师要关注学生的个体差异和不同学生的学习需求,特别是班级中的学困生,他们的学习成绩差、习惯差,如何在课堂上树立他们的学习信心,提高学习效益,使其主动参与到课堂教学活动中来,是我们教师在平时的教学活动中必须关注的问题。下面就谈谈自己在这方面的一些做法:
