第一章交流液压的基本概念在一般的液压系统中,从液压泵流出的液体经过管道、控制阀到执行机构回油箱,液体在系统中只能按一定流向流动,所以可以称为直流液压。而在交流液压系统中,液体可以在液压管道中来回流动;或者液压管道中的液体根本不流动,只是其压力作正弦波交变。我们把利用液压管道中液体的波动流量或波动压力传递功率或传递信号的系统叫交流液压系统。该波动流量或波动压力可以是正弦波,矩形波或是以T为周期的其它波形。
Chapter 1 Basic Concept of Hydraulic Communication In general hydraulic system, the liquid flowing out from the hydraulic pump flows through the pipeline and the control valve to the actuator back to the tank. The liquid can only flow in certain flow direction in the system, so it can be called the direct hydraulic pressure. In the AC hydraulic system, the liquid can flow back and forth in the hydraulic pipe; or the liquid in the hydraulic pipe does not flow at all, but the pressure is sinusoidal alternating. We use the hydraulic piping fluid flow fluctuations or fluctuating pressure transmission power or signal transmission system called AC hydraulic system. The fluctuating flow or fluctuating pressure can be a sine wave, a rectangular wave, or other waveforms in cycles of T.
