目的了解越秀区居民食用盐碘含量情况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2006~2011年越秀区居民食用盐碘监测资料进行分析。结果 2006~2011年累计检测1728份居民食用盐,合格碘盐1650份,不合格碘盐32份,非碘盐46份,碘盐覆盖率为97.3%,碘盐合格率为98.1%,合格碘盐食用率为95.5%,非碘盐率为2.7%,盐碘中位数为30.9mg/kg。结论越秀区居民食用盐含碘量合格率和覆盖率达到国家对消除碘缺乏病目标。
Objective To understand the salt iodine content of residents in Yuexiu District and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods The salt iodine monitoring data of residents in Yuexiu District from 2006 to 2011 were analyzed. Results From 2006 to 2011, a total of 1728 residential salt, 1650 qualified iodized salt, 32 non-qualified iodized salt, 46 non-iodized salt, 97.3% iodized salt and 98.1% iodized salt were obtained. The qualified iodine Salt consumption rate was 95.5%, non-iodized salt rate was 2.7%, salt iodine median was 30.9mg / kg. Conclusion Yuexiu District residents salt iodine content and coverage rate reached the country to eliminate iodine deficiency deficiency goals.
