餐饮服务与管理具有实践性强、市场需求强的特点,因此,它是中职旅游专业的核心课程之一。但是现阶段中职教学由于生源质量差、教学资源匮乏、师资力量薄弱,无法保证餐饮服务与管理的课堂教学效果。情景模拟教学法属于情感性的教学方法,其核心理念在于激发学生的职业情感,通过模拟真实的工作场景培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,促进学生心理机制的健康发展。主要针对中职旅游专业餐饮服务与管理课程中情景模拟教学法的应用进行探讨。
Catering services and management is practical, strong market demand, therefore, it is one of the core courses in secondary vocational tourism. However, due to the poor quality of students and lack of teaching resources, teaching in secondary vocational schools at this stage can not guarantee the classroom teaching effect of catering services and management. Scenario simulation teaching method belongs to the emotional teaching method. Its core idea is to stimulate the students’ professional emotion, train the students’ ability of analyzing and solving problems by simulating the real working scenes, and promote the healthy development of students’ psychological mechanism. Mainly for secondary vocational tourism catering services and management courses in the scenario simulation teaching method to explore.
