目的 探讨外伤性白内障的CT表现。方法 5 2例眼外伤经裂隙灯和 (或 )手术证实的 5 2只外伤性白内障晶状体与对侧正常晶状体的CT表现进行对照分析。结果 CT发现伤眼晶状体密度减低 44只眼 ,密度减低不明显 8只眼。密度越低 ,损伤程度越重 ,并可有大小和形态上的改变。结论 CT是发现外伤性白内障的有效方法
Objective To investigate the CT findings of traumatic cataract. Methods Fifty-two cases of traumatic cataract and traumatic cataract were confirmed by slit lamp and / or surgery. Results The CT findings showed that the lens density of injured eyes was reduced by 44 eyes and the density was not obviously reduced by 8 eyes. The lower the density, the more severe the damage, and may have size and morphological changes. Conclusion CT is an effective method to detect traumatic cataract
