社区卫生服务理想的治疗模式就是全科治疗,要想达到全科医疗这一高度,需要为社区卫生服务培养更多的全科医生,从而组建一只强大的全科医生队伍,提高社区医疗服务质量,实现基本医疗服务面向全人民的理想。社区卫生服务中全科医生人才培养途径包括建立健全社区全科医生人才培养体制、为社区卫生全科医生的人才培养创造条件、加强培训的硬件和软件设施的建设和建立全科医生制度。
